We have spent over 20 years building our reputation and our facility. That evolution has spawned a classic combination of vintage analog equipment combined with the advantages of today's digital options. Our Control Room is equipped with a classic 60 input Neve 5106 console with Flying Faders automation.

SI Studios proudly welcomes the now completed changeover to Protools HD! That's right folks, we recently made the switch to a full Digidesign Protools HD 3 Accel Systemwith 24/48 I/O's. We have three Digidesign 192's, Sync, Midi, and an Apogee Big Ben Controlling our Wordclock. Our HD3 system houses plugins by Bombfactory, Melodyne, Joe Meek, Focusrite, Amp Farm, Antares, Waves, among others.



With our 2 Studer A827 2 inch 24 Track Recorders and Dolby SR Units, we can provide 48 tracks of quiet analog audio with better than 95 dB dynamic range and save you tape costs by running at a slower tape speed (15 i.p.s. verses 30 i.p.s.). Or if you prefer the purity of analog without noise reduction, you can still run at 30 i.p.s. for that sweet, warm, sound.
